ASK A LAWYER

Minnesota Misdemeanors are punishable by 90 days in jail and a $1,000 fine. Also included in the Minnesota Misdemeanor category are Petty Misdemeanors. Petty Misdemeanors are not considered a crime because they are only punishable by a fine, such as parking tickets.

Misdemeanor charges include certain Minnesota traffic violations such as stop sign violations, underage drinking and driving, and driving after revocation and/or suspension. Our Minnesota Misdemeanor attorneys also handle non-traffic misdemeanors such as 5th Degree Assault, first time DWI/DUI charges, and low level theft charges.

We understand that the court process can be confusing and difficult, so we offer the best advice possible to guide you through your legal troubles.
